The Mission:

With more than 1.8 million customers across its network, TrustFord needed a reliable way to manage customer data and deliver communications that would strengthen loyalty and retention. However, customer information was spread across multiple systems and data sources, making it difficult to build an accurate, up-to-date view of customers and their vehicles.

The complexity of vehicle ownership, customer lifecycles and communication preferences meant that a more connected approach was required. TrustFord partnered with Euler to integrate disparate data sources, create a single customer view and provide the foundations for more personalised, efficient and effective marketing campaigns.

Euler helped TrustFord transform a complex and fragmented data environment into a single, accessible customer view.

By integrating multiple data sources into Apteco FastStats and restructuring the underlying data architecture, TrustFord gained a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of its customers, vehicles and interactions across the business.

Building on this foundation, Euler implemented additional capabilities to capture customer preferences and support personalised communications across email and SMS channels. With cleaner, more connected data and greater visibility into customer behaviour, TrustFord was able to improve campaign targeting, reduce marketing wastage and deliver more relevant communications at scale.
