The Mission:
Everton FC wanted to create a more personal and memorable match day experience for supporters. But first, they needed a deeper understanding of what drove fan behaviour. Their existing data infrastructure limited reporting and analysis capabilities, while data quality issues and time-intensive warehouse updates made it difficult to generate timely insight.
Although the Club could track new, renewing and churned Season Ticket holders, it lacked visibility into why supporters renewed, what drove churn, and which fans were most at risk of leaving. And, to meet ambitious retention targets, Everton needed a more sophisticated approach to turning supporter data into actionable insight.
To help Everton better understand its supporters, Euler began by bringing together ticketing, attendance and customer data into a single, trusted source of insight.
